'Badges and Stickers' are committed to offering its customers the highest level of service and customer satisfaction possible.
Please read our terms and conditions and returns policy before placing an order.
As every order is custom made, we cannot accept returns unless:
(a) The product is faulty
(b) The product does not match the order
If you feel what you received doesn't live up to your expectations or is incorrect, please send us an e-mail outlining the problem along with any photos. We love happy customers and thankfully, due to our quality control, problems are very rare.
If the complaint with the order is due to a production issue with 'Badges and Stickers', we will offer you a reprint if the problem can be rectified, or a refund if not.
We may ask you to return the order to us to check over and deem whether the issue is a fault of 'Badges and Stickers'.
All problems with an order should be outlined within 24 hours of receiving the goods.
Failure to inform 'Badges and Stickers' of a problem within 24 hours of receiving the goods will mean the order is deemed to have been accepted and checked.
If you need to cancel your order and production hasn't started, we will refund the amount paid minus a 4% transaction fee. We have a very fast turn-around so if you would like to cancel, please get in touch ASAP.
If production has already started, a partial refund will be offered to cover the costs of materials used.
Please note that we can not accept responsibility for any failure on the part of any courier or delivery service used to deliver goods, nor can we accept any consequential loss incurred by the customer by any action or inaction on the part of 'Badges and Stickers' or any agent acting on behalf of 'Badges and Stickers'.
We will however do our absolute best to ensure and delivery problems are rectified and won't leave you to deal with late or lost parcels on your own.
'Badges And Stickers' cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses. It is the customers responsibility to provide us with a correct and current shipping address. If the order is required at an address different to the one used on the payment, please let us know.
Unless specifically agreed, payment is required before production starts on all orders.
We accept cheques, Paypal, BACS and credit/debit cards.
When placing an order with 'Badges and Stickers' the customer accepts sole responsibility for copyright and the reproduction of images.
When placing an order, it is deemed you are the owner / have permission to reproduce artwork files.
Average turnaround times shown on the product pages of the website. Please note that these are average turnaround times only and are not a guarantee of which day your order will be delivered. During busy periods, your order may take a little longer than usual. Turnaround is shown in working days which does not include weekends or public holidays.
We will do everything we can to get your order to you in time, to ensure this, please let us know your deadline when placing an order.
