standard turnaround
Our turn-around is 1-4 working days after payment has been received on almost all products. This is dependent on the stock needed to fulfil your order and we will let you know if the wait may be a little longer than usual. If you need your order for a specific date, just get in touch. We can almost always get your order to you in time.
standard uk shipping
We send most orders out using Royal Mail 1st class. This usually arrives the next working day but it isn't guaranteed. 1st class doesn't require a signature on arrival and smaller orders will be posted through your letterbox. Larger and heavier orders are sent using various couriers, these will require someone to be in at the delivery address.
express shipping
We are able to send orders out with guaranteed trackable 24 hour shipping to arrive the next working day. The price for this is dependent on the products ordered and quantity. We will only charge you the extra shipping needed and not any 'Rush Fees' like some other manufacturers. We can usually work to all deadlines so please get in touch before ordering to let us know that you need it urgently.
international shipping
International shipping is no problem at all, the prices on the website include shipping to the UK. If you would like your order posted overseas, let us know what you're looking to order and the destination, and we'll get back to you with a shipping quote as soon as possible.
IMPORT DUTY ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Since the UK has left the EU, your order may be subject to import duty. This is to be paid by the customer, we are unable to pay the amount due on your behalf but can give you a rough estimate of how much the fee will be if requested.
my order hasn't arrived
If you feel you're waiting a little longer than expected for your order, please get in touch. Sometimes delays can happen due to the time of year/bank holidays/adverse weather etc. We'll do everything we can to track your parcel down. If there's still no sign of it after 10 working days, we'll issue a refund or a reprint.
