standard turnaround
Our turn-around is usually 1-4 working days after payment has been received on almost all products. This is dependent on the stock needed to fulfil your order and we will let you know if the wait may be a little longer than usual. If you need your order for a specific date, just let us know. We can almost always get your order to you in time. Prices on the website include standard 1st class shipping.

How do i send you my designs?
To send us your designs, please e-mail them to: info@badgesandstickers.co.uk
Larger file sizes can be sent via wetransfer.com or filemail.com
We don't have the facility to upload designs to the website and we feel like an e-mail is a bit more personal!
i need my order urgently, can you help?
In almost all cases, yes! We can usually get your order to you within 24 hours and don't charge any 'Rush Fees' like some other manufacturers. You will only have to pay the extra shipping costs needed. Please let us know if you have a deadline and we can e-mail you over a custom invoice with the added postage costs.
is there any quality control?
All the products are made by hand by real people, so it's very rare that something gets missed. Colours are matched as close to the onscreen colour as possible so there shouldn't be any nasty surprises when your order arrives. If you're concerned that your design may not be high enough quality, don't worry, just send it over as an e-mail and we'll check it for you.
I have no idea how to get my designs on your templates!
Just send over whatever you have, in whatever filetype it's in, and we'll take a look and fit it to the template for you....for free!
can you design something for me?
We are just a production company so don't do any design work. We can make small alterations to your designs and add simple text but we're not really graphic designers.
what forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cheques, PayPal, Bank Transfers and Credit/Debit cards. Payment is required before production starts, so if you need your order in a hurry it's best to go with PayPal or card payments.
is there any vat to pay?
We are not VAT registered so no VAT is added to the products.
I'm from outside the UK, will i have to pay import fees?
Overseas order may be subject to import duty, this will vary depending on the size and value of your order.
All duty is to be paid by the customer, we are unable to pay the fees on your behalf.
